WHAT
The Business Matchmaking Program is the perfect stage for generating new business relationships between our exhibitors and prospective buyers from across the globe.

Based on your business requirements, our Hosted Buyer Program will select qualified decision makers and pre-arrange both physical & virtual one-to-one meetings depending on your availability.
WHO
Those having the potential for influencing or making budgetary decisions as well as purchase decisions, are welcome to apply as a Hosted Buyer.

The Hosted Buyers are required to take part in the Business Matchmaking Program and must attend the event for at least two days, holding a minimum of 8 verified meetings based on common business interests.

Application Process

  • Download and send the filled-out Hosted Buyer Application Form via email buyer@cinekoreaexpo.com
    by June 30, 2022.

    Formal acceptance and further details will be given to those Buyers considered eligible for the Program.

  • Once the Buyer’s participation has been confirmed, the Organizer along with the Buyer will identify the exhibitors based on the Buyer’s business requirements.

  • The Organizer will match the Buyer’s and exhibitor’s interests before proceeding with the meeting arrangements.

  • The Hosted Buyer will be able to view and verify the schedule of their pre-arranged meetings.

    Any changes to the date and/or time of pre-scheduled meetings must be submitted in writing for approval.
