by June 30, 2022.
Formal acceptance and further details will be given to those Buyers considered eligible for the Program.
Once the Buyer’s participation has been confirmed, the Organizer along with the Buyer will identify the exhibitors based on the Buyer’s business requirements.
The Organizer will match the Buyer’s and exhibitor’s interests before proceeding with the meeting arrangements.
The Hosted Buyer will be able to view and verify the schedule of their pre-arranged meetings.
Any changes to the date and/or time of pre-scheduled meetings must be submitted in writing for approval.
