  • Notification of cancellation and reduction of booth space must be submitted to the Secretariat in writing and will only be accepted once this has been confirmed.
  • All payments are non-refundable, however, only when the Secretariat deems it unavoidable will cancellations be accepted. In such cases, the above penalties will be incurred based on the date on which the written acknowledgement is received.
